Ms. Raeann loves working at CONNECT because the children bring her so much joy.  She loves to be hands on and actively engaged with them as they learn new skills.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, serving on the Nursery/Preschool GO Team, attending church and spending time outside.

What Ms. Crystal loves most about CONNECT is forming friendships with the little ones and their families. She loves the love and support the CONNECT staff, teachers, and families provide. She loves spending time with her granddaughter, nieces, and nephews during her free time. She also loves crafting and spending time with friends and family.

Ms. Jaime joins us with 25 years of experience in childcare. She loves being able to see a child’s eyes light up when they learn or master something new. When she is not teaching, she loves spending time with her 2 boys, crafting, and taking in a summer concert.

What Ms. Kiana loves most about working with children is that she gets to share the love of Jesus with them and watch them hit their milestones in growth and academics. She has worked with children for a handful of years at church and have 5 younger siblings. She truly feels that childcare is her calling!

In her free time, she enjoys reading and music, as well as spending time with friends and shopping.

Ms. Sarah LOVES the preschool class because she loves watching them grow and learn and their personalities change throughout the year. She loves creating relationships with them, engaging with them, sitting down, and doing magnets, blocks, or whatever they are playing with. Of course, the best part for her is teaching them about Jesus! In her free time, Sarah loves spending time at church. Jesus has always been her number one, so she enjoys going to church and being with her church family. She also loves spending time with friends and family, watching movies, getting coffee, and spending time with those she loves.

What Ms. Jenny loves most about CONNECT is seeing the children’s excitement as they learn and experience new things each day.

When she’s not at CONNECT, she loves spending time with her family and friends, playing board games, trying new restaurants, hanging out at home with her three dogs, and watching Netflix.

Ms. Alysia loves being able to watch her baby friends learn and grow. She loves the excitement on parents’ faces when they see their babies accomplish one of their many firsts. She loves working for CONNECT because everybody is full of joy, kindness, and love.

When she’s not hanging out with the CONNECT kiddos, you’ll find her cooking, camping, and spending time with her children and family.

Ms. Hayley favorite part about working at CONNECT is getting to watch the children succeed in their learning as they grow. When she’s not at CONNECT, you’ll find her spending time with her family and traveling to her favorite places.

Ms. Dorene has been with CONNECT since the launch. She loves being in our Infant Room and teaching about God’s most precious gifts. Her calm spirit is one of the first things parents and babies notice about her! When she’s not at CONNECT, Ms. Dorene enjoys time with her family and six grandchildren!

Ms. Angie's favorite part about working at CONNECT is getting to be a part of such a loving and exciting environment. She loves how the kids are filled with so much joy and energy. Ms. Angie gives all glory to God that she gets to work with these kids every day! Outside of work, she enjoys hanging out with her family, kayaking, and baking delicious cupcakes from scratch.

What Ms. Jocelyn loves most about working at CONNECT is getting to see the kids grow as they learn about Jesus. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, reading, painting, and hanging out with her family and friends.

Ms. Audrey comes to CONNECT with wealth of knowledge in early education and after running her own in-home daycare. She loves spreading joy in each classroom, and showing children the love of Jesus each day. She brings warmth and joy in each classroom she gets to be in. When Audrey is not at CONNECT, you can find her spending time with her family and attending ITOWN Church on Sundays.

What Ms. Makayla enjoys most about working at CONNECT is watching the children grow into strong, independent, Jesus filled kiddos. She loves being a part of the excitement when the children learn something new and grow in their education.

In her free time, she loves reading, hiking, traveling, spending time with family, doing crafts, and attending ITOWN Church.

Ms. Stacie has been with CONNECT since 2021. She loves teaching at CONNECT and being able to come alongside parents to show their children the love of Jesus! She has years of experience with small children and is fairly fluent in American Sign Language. When she’s not teaching, you can find her serving at ITOWN Church on the nursery/preschool Go Team. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing with her family, baking, puzzles, and art.

Ms. Helen loves to see the excitement and curiosity on the children's faces as they learn and experience new things. She also enjoys seeing them learn to worship during chapel!

In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, fishing, camping,  going on walks in the park, visiting the beach, traveling to Michigan, reading, and hanging out in Circles at ITOWN.

Ms. Denise's favorite part about working at CONNECT is how the kids learn about Jesus and faith in a way they can understand at their level. When she's not at CONNECT, Ms. Denise loves to hang out with her family, especially her grandkids, watch sports, and go fishing.

What Ms. Marissa loves most about working with children is seeing their smiles and receiving hugs from them when she walks into the classroom.

In her free time, she loves sitting in the sun and writing poetry.  She also enjoys serving in the Nursery/Preschool at ITOWN every Sunday. 

Ms. Jordyn's favorite part about working at CONNECT is the joy and energy the kids bring every day. Their curiosity and enthusiasm not only make each day unique but also deeply rewarding. She loves creating a positive impact in their early years, which feels incredibly fulfilling. She loves getting immersed in books, watching soothing videos, and spending quality time with her friends and family.

Ms. Amy’s favorite thing about CONNECT is getting to be a part of an environment where Jesus is at the center. She loves getting to see the children’s excitement as they grow and learn new things everyday. When she’s not hanging out with the kiddos at CONNECT, you’ll find her at ITOWN Church, bible study, swimming, kayaking, and spending time with her family.
