At CONNECT, we go above and beyond to ensure a safe and healthy environment while your children are in our care. Children are actively supervised by our phenomenal staff, with appropriate ratios based on their age and developmental stages. We ensure that all interior and exterior areas are clean and well-maintained.

Additionally, we follow a rigorous cleaning protocol, including:

  • Daily cleaning of the facility.

  • Consistently keeping the facility in a sanitary condition.

  • Sanitizing all toys, furniture, and other equipment daily, weekly, and when they become soiled or contaminated.

  • Wash all soiled items prior to sanitization.

SAFE ENVIRONMENT

CONNECT takes every precaution for your child to stay healthy and ask that the parents help with this.

  • Staff members are trained in the signs and symptoms of illnesses and proper hand washing procedures to prevent the spread of communicable diseases.

  • Consistent hand washing and cleaning of the facility are performed throughout the day.

  • All toys and surfaces are cleaned each evening. A monthly “deep clean” of all surfaces and toys also takes place to ensure a clean environment.

  • Any toy that is placed in a child’s mouth is put away immediately until it can be disinfected.

  • We ask for transparency from parents regarding any illnesses the child or parent may be experiencing, and that parents do not send their child if he/she is ill or have been ill in the last 24 hours.

KEEPING HEALTHY

All CONNECT activities take place in a locked-down area with keypad entry only accessible by staff and parents.

Each of our CONNECT teachers and staff members go through a full background check and fingerprinting.

We utilize CONNECT uniforms for teachers and students to help us easily identify those under our care.
